Take advantage of our tuition assistance and scholarship programs to grow both personally and professionally.LPN Anesthesia Tech Position SummaryThe LPN Anesthesia Tech works under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist to provide direct patient care. The LPN Anesthesia Tech participates with the Anesthesiologist in preparing a broad spectrum of patients for surgery and the insertion of invasive lines. The inventory/distribution of medication may be required.LPN Anesthesia Tech Position Requirements Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Must hold a license in the state of permanent residency. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Medical Surgical experience is preferred but not requiredProvide on the job trainingLPN Anesthesia Tech Work ScheduleMay be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts or a combination per departmental policy.Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.Required to work weekends per unit need.Expected to work overtime on occasion.LPN Anesthesia Tech BenefitsAt TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
