Location: La Posada Hotel, Laredo, TX

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Dishwasher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans

- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and sanitized

- Sweep and mop kitchen floors

- Remove trash and recycling

- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
