Job Title: Senior Application Developer

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Location: On-Site (Hybrid Role)

Responsibilities:
  • Dive into challenging programming tasks, utilizing advanced skills to pioneer new solutions and elevate industry standards.
  • Architect and develop innovative applications and databases, ensuring they surpass business expectations and deliver exceptional value.
  • Analyze business models, logical specifications, and customer requirements to design and implement effective solutions that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of operational management, optimizing applications to achieve peak performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, demonstrating expertise across the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Java, with a strong foundation in ORM/JPA/Hibernate, web services, and object-oriented design principles.
  • Expertise in SQL, including crafting queries and procedures for Oracle databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
