JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet resort guests at the ferry dock
- Assist guests with their luggage and personal items, loading them into resort carriages
- Ride to the resort in the carriage with guests, serve snacks and beverages, provide information about Inn at Stonecliffe, local attractions, and island history
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to easily communicate with guests
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
