The Digital Product Specialist will intake, evaluate and implement website content updates within our enterprise Content Management System (CMS). They will monitor and continuously improve the quality of our system processes and outputs within our Brand website practice, ensuring Marvin's collective brand websites, and supporting campaign landing pages, are consistent with the organizational branding, tone and UX through technical management of website content that appeals to both consumers and search engines alike.

Highlights of your role:

  • Uphold Marvins enterprise website design system standards by leading all technical execution of Brand website content and image updates while partnering with subject matter experts and Creative Services and teams to enhance content with engaging copy, high-quality images, and relevant technical information

  • Identify and propose opportunities for improvements and new capabilities and content within the website CMS, partnering with Data Team and UX to implement a/b tests and surveys to support continual optimization of the website(s) and support technical execution

  • Assist in troubleshooting issues that may arise, ensuring that acceptance criteria are met, and user experience is not compromised, including reproduction, and documentation of user-reported issues in Jira and providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Technical SEO experience and knowledge

  • Proven ability to deliver projects according to scope, timeline, cost, and quality

Also want to make sure you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Computer Science or Systems Engineering
