We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Planner.
The maintenance planner will be responsible for providing the overall coordination on all repairs, replacements, and modifications.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate all maintenance activities
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance cost
Properly communicate with Production and Maintenance Departments
Supports operational teams on setting priorities and resolving issues
Keep track of Work Orders and re-route them properly
Work closely with Purchasing Agent, Parts Clerk, Operations team, Office Manager, Plant Controller, andPlant Manager
Maintain data for equipment
Lead improvement projects
Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify
Contribute to the development of site maintenance and reliability key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor the entire maintenance process and improve as needed
Assist other sides and share best practices
Meet deadlines and complete goals that align with the EAM's overarching goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Associate Degree preferred
3-5 years of maintenance-related experience preferred
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred

Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Associate Degree preferred)
3 - 5 years of maintenance-related experience preferred
Meet deadlines and complete goals that align with the company overarching goals
Excellent electrical and mechanical skills
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance programs or policies and procedures
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills
Safe working practices
