Work closely with Operations, Operations Quality, Engineering, and Drivetrain Quality teams.

Will work in the Decatur Manufacturing Facility

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent level of work experience.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments, either through on-the-job assignments or through pursuit of advanced degree.

Must have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as employees in other units, customers, and suppliers.

Should have project management skills, team leadership skills.

Experience in manufacturing industry

Experience with factory quality, project management and data analysis

Critical thinking to help resolve issues

Must be dependable with continuous improvement process skills, corrective and preventative action skills
