Senior Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for building and managing an industry leading product in the area of promotional tools for the core product casino games. Working in a global environment you will be instrumental in ensuring the software and product smoothly perform in production environment distributed across high number of our B2B partner websites.

Responsibilities

1. Product Vision

o Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders

o Ensure alignment of the product vision with business goals and customers' needs

2. Backlog Management & User Story Refinement

o Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, including user stories, epics and technical tasks

o Define acceptance criteria and ensure that user stories are well-defined and feasible

o Work closely with the development team to refine user stories

3. Stakeholder Communication

o Act as a primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders

o Gather and prioritise feedback from customers, users and internal teams

4. Release Planning

o Collaborate with the development team to plan releases and iterations

o Ensure that the most valuable features are delivered in each release

5. Product Demos

o Participate in sprint reviews and product demos

6. Quality Assurance and Testing

o Define acceptance criteria and quality standards for each user story

o Perform User Acceptance Testing

7. Continuous Improvements

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team and process

o Adapt and refine processes based on feedback and lessons learned

8. Market and Competitor Analysis

o Stay informed about market trends and competitor analysis

o Use market insights and data in product decisions and strategies

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Proven experience as a Product Owner, including defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps

· Experience with working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

· Able to work with both business and technical tasks

· Able to co-ordinate work across dependant teams

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

· Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
