Manchester, United States CareerBuilder Full time

Through our affiliate, Optimum Permanent Placement Services provides exceptional permanent placement services to groups, practices, hospitals, and other facilities throughout the United States. Our Recruiting Managers work on both sides of our business - our team partners with our clients to identify the best fit medical professional for their full-time position, while also partnering with medical professionals to align them with a full-time position that they are most qualified for.

The Opportunity:
As a Recruiting Manager at Optimum, you will be working with medical professionals to develop long-term relationships and match their skillset with a full-time opportunity, while partnering with our clients to fulfill their permanent staffing needs. Working across multiple medical specialty areas, you will play a significant role in partnering with our medical providers, and the hospitals that we work with to solve their staffing shortages. In this role, you will:

Drive the full recruitment cycle - Recruit and build relationships with qualified medical providers nationwide, while identifying and developing new business opportunities within hospitals.

Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client, including candidate personality, work experience, skillset, references, and other applicable information.

Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process, while managing the client and their expectations throughout the recruitment placement process.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings, such as: cold calling/bypassing gatekeepers, networking, posting Jobs to online job boards and recruitment databases, and targeted searches and sourcing.

Build on-going relationships with our clients across the country through travel (client visits), video calls, and connecting over the phone.

Negotiating contractual terms with clients.

Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate and client pipeline.

Analyzing and gaining knowledge of the market through competitor analysis, the permanent placement market, market rates, staffing needs for our clients, and client and provider contract expectations.

Achieve key metrics/KPIs that support the revenue goals of Optimum.

All other duties as assigned.

Here's what we look for:
2 to 5 years of recruiting or sales experience preferred. Ability to multitask and pivot quickly into different recruiting projects. Ability to communicate and establish rapport with high level decision makers at hospitals, and connect with medical providers via phone, email, or client visits. Desire to increase earnings based on performance. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Why You Should Work with Us:

Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential.

Unlimited Paid Time Off.

Full medical, dental, and vision benefits starting DAY 1.

401K matching program, fully vested.

Comprehensive new-hire training and ongoing learning opportunities.

Quarterly company meetings and social events.

State-of-the-art fitness facility and fitness classes offered each week.

Volunteer Time Off.

Opportunity to go on President's Club (all-expense paid trip for two).
