Flow Automotive Companies is seeking a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our department of People & Culture and play a key role in expanding the variable operations teams within our stores. This role reports to the Recruiting Manager and is responsible for reviewing static job applications in our geographic footprint. The Recruiting Coordinator will focus on reducing our time-to-hire, conduct interviews, distribute candidate assessments, requisition creation, ensuring we attract top talent, as well as contributing to the successful onboarding and retention of highly skilled automotive professionals. Responsibilities Maintain the accuracy of the applicant tracking system and keep detailed records of interviews and hiring progress Create and publish job requisitions Conducting interviews Distributing applicant assessments Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process Requirements Proven work experience as a Recruiter Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of human resource practices and labor legislation Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
