Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Control management for multi discipline team including cost, schedule, change control-design/contract, estimating, document control and project accounting Contract management with multiple contract types professional services costreimbursable, fixed price and lump sum, task order contracts, purchase orders, federalcontracts, DBB, Progressive DB, utility agreements, Grant agreements, maintenanceagreements, including all variations of contractual progress payment processes Creation and implementation of project controls systemsprocesses/Procedures/Training/Reporting Cost management to insure set up of auditable PMIS cost system to track budgets, fundingsources and uses, commitments, contingencies, forecasts, ETC and EAC Setting up PMIS cost structure and coding to reconcile with Owners ERP system based onrequired funding reporting requirements Support Owners reimbursements and audits of grants and loans Produce forms and reporting for FAA and TSA funding Create timely reports to meet Owners needs for internal/Program/External Stakeholder andad hoc reporting needs Schedule management for large, complex projects. Establish and manage allproject/program schedule reporting requirements. Manage reviews of all key contractorsschedule baselines, contractors progress schedule submittals and narratives, comment anddisposition to provide the basis for payment Manage the change control processes Design/contracts changes to insure all changes areadequately reported and managed for controls and configuration management Management of project documents and enforce the controls process as required by Client Manage all assigned document reviews- Manage comments and dispositions for timelysubmission to client Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements: Bachelors degree in relevant field and 15 years relevant experience Must be willing to work onsite in Omaha, NE Experience with PMIS Systems. Prior experience with PMWeb, a plus. Knowledgeable of federal procurement requirements Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across the Clients organization to establishand implement standardized processes Understanding of compliance and regulations of all federal, state and other funding sourcescost eligibility and reporting requirements to support clients reimbursements and audits ofgrants and loans Technical writing skills create, revise, and Implement to support the standardization ofprocesses and to support procurements including boiler plate, scopes, contractdeliverables, schedule, financial reporting, etc. Airport experience preferred, including large, complex capital expansion projects withmultiple funding sources and phases Motivated, self-starter Experience working as client's PM/CM agent (e.g., providing programmanagement/construction management services), or as part of design-build contractor (orequivalent design and construction experience).
