Are you looking for a role in a helpful, fun, and guest-focused environment? We are seeking Baggers to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers (which we refer to as guests). As a key part of our retail and grocery store team experience, you'll ensure every shopper leaves ready to boomerang back again.
Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether its a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, youll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
Job Description:What You'll Do:
As a Bagger at Festival Foods, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring each guest has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful check-out experience. Youll be empowered to provide a great guest experience.
- Efficient Bagging: Bag groceries according to our procedures, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Checkout Area: Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communication: Share customer requests and feedback to leadership team.
- Parcel Pickup: Provide prompt and courteous parcel pick-up service.
- Support Team Goals: Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
- Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
- Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

- Skills: Ability to read, count, and write accurately, and operate necessary equipment.
The physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- The associate must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and lift or push 15-20 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds intermittently. Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions
WORK SCHEDULE
The Bagger is an hourly position. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individuals availability.
