Minimum Qualifications: Experience working on a SuccessFactors implementation - Needs to understand the technical side of HR and the implementation phases. Should understand how requirements affect IT, naming conventions, and impacts and flows of decisions throughout the organization. Experience working with EU partners and vendors. Have worked on a project involving Mulesoft and the integration tool. AI experience within SuccessFactors. Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Specifics: Lead the implementation and integration of new HR modules within SuccessFactors. Manage the responsibilities of the staff assigned to the program. Outline and develop a project plan and timeline. Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Review/submit deliverables and manage invoicing. Manage program financials. Ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
