**Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)**

Synergie Italia SPA, filiale di Firenze, ricerca per importante azienda cliente attiva nel settore della moda lusso:

SUPPLY CHAIN ORDER ALLOCATION AND INVENTORY PLANNER

La risorsa selezionata si occuper di supportare e monitorare il processo di allocazione e rifornimento degli ordini dei clienti, sia Retail/e-Commerce che grossisti, secondo la strategia aziendale. Inoltre, svolger un ruolo chiave per supportare la transizione verso un nuovo sistema e modello distributivo, seguendo l'evoluzione del business del lusso nei prossimi anni.

Svolger le seguenti mansioni:

* Allocazione e pianificazione della merce per i canali diretti e indiretti, sulla base di pi KPI: target stock, coperture, vendite, priorit commerciali;

* Assegnazione dettagliata delle novit per preparare il lancio di una nuova collezione con il giusto equilibrio tra look e taglie;

* Ribilanciamento delle scorte tra clienti diretti e indiretti secondo l'obiettivo della societ;

* Convalida del livello di stock target;

* Collaborazione quotidiana con Team di Produzione, Gestione Ordini, Servizio Clienti, Magazzino al fine di ottimizzare il processo di allocazione e guidare il processo di distribuzione tra i Magazzini Regionali;

* Monitoraggio delle prestazioni dell'inventario attraverso sistemi di reporting dedicati, per fornire approfondimenti e feedback a diversi stakeholder e per garantire la corretta efficienza dello stock centrale.

**Profilo**

Requisiti

I candidati ideali presentano i seguenti requisiti:

* Sono preferibili, ma non richieste, precedenti esperienze in ruoli uguali o simili;

* Laurea in economia o settori affini;

* Forti capacit analitiche;

* Esperienza nell'uso di MS Office: strumenti Word, Windows, Excel e Business Intelligence per produrre report e analizzare KPI;

* Esperienza nell'uso di strumenti ERP (AS400 o SAP) rappresenta un plus;

* Forte propensione al lavoro di squadra;

* Orientamento ai dettagli ed estrema precisione;

* Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
