JOB SUMMARY As a Marketing Associate at CSG Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's brand presence and supporting business development efforts across all service lines. You will create compelling content and ensure its strategic deployment across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking abilities, tech-savviness, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Those skills will be used to effectively communicate CSG’s value proposition while also maintaining and curating all marketing content and assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Communications Management Plan, execute and track the success of marketing campaigns that promote CSG’s diverse services. Increase brand visibility and engagement, while ensuring a consistent and positive brand image. Maintain content on CSG’s website, ensuring currency and relevance. Execute targeted email marketing campaigns by performing segmentation, content strategizing, content development, and performance tracking. Improve CSG’s social media presence through management of posting schedules and development of posts to highlight projects and employees, share informative content, and promote CSG’s presence at industry events. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and opportunities for engagement. Assist proposal leads with identifying and integrating value messages in support of identified proposal win themes. Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business development. Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to optimize future marketing strategies. Content Creation and Management

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and translate it into engaging, compelling, and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, collateral, industry events, promotional materials, and interview presentations. Develop, organize, perform quality assurance, and regularly update marketing content, data, and digital assets, including case studies, staff profiles, value messages, infographics, photos, and client data. Support CSG’s event coordinator with development of event-related promotional materials. Perform graphic design and direct freelance designers as needed to create engaging, visually appealing, on-brand marketing materials. Assist with the implementation of software tools and processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of marketing content and data. Manage client and business development contact data in CRM software. Maintain Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe InDesign templates. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with use of CRM software (Deltek CRM experience preferred). Proficient in use of social media platforms, management tools, and analytics. Experience with implementation and use of email campaign management tools. Demonstrable graphic design skills. Photography skills and the ability to coordinate and direct professional photographers. Competent in use of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Affinity applications. Proficient in use of Microsoft 365/Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook), including advanced MS Word formatting techniques. Experience in performing content management within WordPress. Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations. WORKING CONDITIONS

Requires working in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time. May occasionally require lifting heaving objects such as what is required to set up exhibiting displays and transport small quantities of marketing materials.
