The Staff Nurse will be responsible for: Providing care for patients in the Divisional Critical Care Resource Pool, covering long-term assignments in critical care areas, including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU, and Coronary Care Unit. Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment. Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts. Experience: 1 year of med/surg experience required. Critical Care experience preferred. Interest in being cross-trained over time to cover long term assignments in critical care areas, including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU, and Coronary Care Unit desirable. Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in specialty area is encouraged. Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract. To qualify you must have: Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts. Experience: 1 year of med/surg experience required. Critical Care experience preferred. Interest in being cross-trained over time to cover long term assignments in critical care areas, including Medical ICU, Burn Trauma ICU, and Coronary Care Unit desirable.
