**Job Description Summary**

As a member of the Global Supply Chain Excellence team, this position is primarily responsible for continuing to evolve and transform Lamb Westons demand, supply and inventory planning to world-class levels, ensuring that Lamb Westons processes in these disciplines are maintained to the highest standards, with continuous improvement imbedded in work processes and culture.

This role is responsible for working with end-to-end planning to advise and shape the department strategies, developing cross-functional partnerships internally and externally to deliver and support metrics.**Job Description**

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Collaborates across Global/Domestic Supply Chain, Finance & Commercial teams to ensure operational connectivity and to ensure impacts of business decisions are fully understood.

* Complete project analyses, manage and build project plans, prepare cross-functional communication workstreams, and conduct presentations on Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives.

* Lead and manage all aspects of S&OP excellence efforts, including strategy, organization development and deployment.

* Assist in developing, monitoring, and educating the organization on key standardized KPI metrics that will drive the lowest delivered costs with the highest customer service within the Global Supply Chain.

* Work with stakeholders to identify, define and execute significant process improvement projects while providing leadership to support the strategic planning efforts.

* Work across the business to lead the design and implementation of world class standards/strategies to remove loses from the organization and deliver best-in-class efficiency across all business and planning systems helping build the foundation for a culture of continuous improvement.

* Provide leadership, strategy, and tactics to achieve capability and capacity in the companys supply chain functions (production, inventory, logistics and customer delivery).

* Assess, analyze, and implement solutions across the company to identify and optimize inventory, service rates and operational efficiency.

* Lead cross functional project plan reviews and lessons learned sessions to better align project plans, to improve, meet, and ultimately exceed project deliverables/milestones.

* Coach / mentor stakeholders at all levels to support them through the adoption of S&OP best practices.

* Influence and develop S&OP excellence professionals.

**Scope:**

This role will drive advanced analytic capabilities across the (E2E Planning) organization, standardize our project management capabilities into the COE where we can increase expertise and effectiveness, and collaborate with cross functional departments to define the best-in-class capabilities across business process and digital capabilities to enable (E2E Planning) to be even more focused on our priorities and our customers. This role provides subject matter expertise in the Global/Domestic organizational processes, costs, and ways of working. They are internally and externally focused looking for optimal supply chain solutions to deliver service and cost controls. The role collaborates & influences cross-functional teams within the organization to succeed.

**Basic & Preferred Qualifications**

**Skills and Experience:**

* 7 Years in Supply Chain with knowledge of S&OP, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management and Production Scheduling.

* Ability to manage and positively influence indirect reports.

* Understanding of Database functions

* Experience Implementing ERP/Inventory Replenishment Planning/MRP/DRP Software

* Experience in S&OP Process and Execution in a Manufacturing Environment.

* Understanding of the following: Adobe, Word, Excel, SQL, Project, Power Point, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Crystal Reports/BI, Visio, ASI, SDS, Share Point, Tableau, Demand Solutions as well as various ERP, MRP, DRP, and Inventory Replenishment Software.

**Physical Environment/Demands:**

* Some travel may be required

* Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment

* Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
