Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, and partners on marketing strategy.Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.Collaborate with external partners to monitor, maintain, and oversee blog and social media posts.Create and push through the monthly internal newsletter. Create and manage email marketing campaigns with external customers. Support the marketing team with planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.Work towards monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance. Create, monitor, and maintain coworker spending accounts.Submission of co-op advertising. Maintain and monitor the promotional marketing store front (pens, hats, etc.)Maintain the creation, replenishment, and distribution of business cards.Receive product quotes and order promotional materials and supplies. Skills & Characteristics Needed for Success: Excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a cross-team development environment.Good Decision-making skills- the ability to collect, assess and interpret relevant information and make sound decisions.Integrity- maintain a high level of integrity in your actions and words.
