We are currently seeking to add a Project Manager to our growing Civil Municipal team. The typical salary range for this position is $117,000 to $154,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position. This is a full-time with benefits position. PACE provides comprehensive civil engineering services for all types of municipal projects. Our municipal engineers also serve as Engineers of Record for special-purpose districts or designated City Engineers for local municipalities and assist municipal clients on an on-call basis. Municipal services include CIP design and construction specifications; as-builts for new construction and facility improvements; coordinating with state/federal agencies; facility planning; funding strategies and cost estimates; grant applications and securing project funding; and providing plan reviews. Our municipal projects primarily focus on water and sewer utilities, stormwater management, watershed planning, road and sidewalk design, parks and trails, public works facilities, stream restoration, environmental restoration, and parking lots/structures. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude to assist with stormwater, transportation, and utility design projects in the Pacific Northwest.
