The Treasury Analyst role is a newly created position to support the continued growth of IMMI. This position reports to the Manager of Treasury and will work collaboratively both within finance and with various business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of activities. This position will also have regular interaction with the Company’s CFO and other key Senior Leaders.

We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to fill the role of Treasury Analyst. This position requires someone who can seamlessly adapt to various tasks, projects, and responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in an ever-changing environment, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and exhibit a high level of flexibility.

LOCATION:

Hybrid- Westfield, IN

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Capital Investment Analysis:

Participate in developing a new process to better track capital investment.

Interact cross-functionally and with senior leaders to report on capital investment status.

Manage on-site tagging of fixed assets for inventory tracking purposes. Also, will travel to sites to assist or complete the physical inventory of assets.

Monitor and report on fixed asset activity as compared to budget, including project tracking and reporting.

Participate in the monthly close process for fixed assets, including journal entries, adjustments, and account reconciliations/roll forwards.

Treasury Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate/optimize short-term borrowing or investments.

Prepare weekly reports on the global cash and debt position for Executives.

Assist with the implementation of an FX exposure management tool.

Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhancing visibility into global cash balances, optimizing working capital, and establishing metrics/key performance indicators.

Approve foreign exchange, wire transactions, ACH, and facilitate other credit line transactions.

Assist in month-end reconciliations of all cash-related accounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Eagerness to learn and solid work ethic/motivation to succeed.

High energy level and internal motivation

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities

Moderate to advanced Excel skills
