Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of our HVAC and Plumbing service teams. You will work closely with our Service Managers and Customers to ensure that we delivery the best experience every single call.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with service managers to schedule our service teams appointments
• Communicate with service teams to coordinate arrival schedules.
• Address any logistical issues or delays that may arise and implement solutions to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
