What You'll Do:Source candidates from internal and external applicant tracking systems and multiple job boards to acquire the best talent for a multitude of teams and rolesConduct thorough phone screens and video interviews to gauge the candidates hard and soft skills as well as make sure they have a solid understanding of the job duties and company expectationsBe the main point of contact for candidates going through the hiring process to address questions and keep them engagedTake ownership of day-to-day interactions between the Talent team and candidatesFollow up with hiring managers to gather feedback for the Talent teamUse CRM software to track and document all candidate interactionsFacilitate communications between recruiters and hiring managers (scheduling interviews, monitoring pre-employment testing, etc.)Pulling reports and data to understand recruiting formulas and using the data to keep stakeholders informedOther projects as necessaryWhat You Have:1-2+ Years working in a dynamic staffing environmentAbility to read and assess candidate profiles to make accurate, efficient decisions in hiringSkill to assess hiring manager's requirements in order to find a matching candidateDesire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervisionPersistent, go-getter attitude and determination to deliver resultsExcellent written and verbal communicationModerate excel skills are helpful for reporting purposesHighly organized and strong work ethic#J-18808-Ljbffr
