I'm a digital strategist who wound up accidentally specializing in a specific thing: helping people who are paralyzed by PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, procrastination and sheer self-doubt to go beyond the level of "coping" with their pain to actually building their dreams.People who are struggling with any of the issues above often feel as though they are working twice as hard only to get half as far. There are days when it's an accomplishment just to get out of bed and check off one thing on your to-do list -- but it feels like everyone thinks you're dysfunctional, unreliable, a failure.Therapy often isn't enough. It helps you to manage your pain, but not to perform at a high level, launch a business, or execute a large vision while managing your pain on top of that. This is what I specialize in. RESULTS & GOALS

In my work as a digital strategist, I often worked with clients who struggled with the above issues, and wound up not only helping them with their business or career, but helping them personally to:-- Break through their paralysis and self-doubt.-- Crystallize their big, vague dreams into a concrete, actionable vision.-- Develop a system to execute that vision that factors the continuing struggle with PTSD/depression/etc.-- Figure out how to play to their strengths and do more of the work they love, while doing less of the work they hate (social media management, networking, self-promotion, etc).I combine that inner work with the skills I offer as a digital strategist, including: digital marketing, branding, and web design.It's a unique approach that helps clients battling the above issues not just to feel ready to start working on their dreams in theory, but to actually implement those ideas and be capable of seeing them through. There is never any judgment -- truly, any -- on my part in terms of where you are at right now, how hard it is for you to accomplish any particular thing right now, or how large scale your ambitions are. I'm here to meet clients where they are, to remind them that they *are* working hard even if other people don't understand and help them take pride in that work, and to help them harness and strengthen their capacity to actualize their talents and their dreams. PRIVATE COACHING

One on one sessions are done by teleconference and can be scheduled as 1-time consultations, short-term packages, or ongoing sessions (see below). Sessions are be billed at a 1 hour rate. ONLINE COACHING

Online sessions are conducted via email, and billed as either a half-hour or 1-hour session depending on the depth of response preferred. Short courses or group coaching

Both short-term packages and group sessions are an option. Short-term packages can be based on the completion of a project (i.e. the completion of a website or digital marketing strategy in tandem with personal counseling), or a preferred duration of time (i.e. six weeks of sessions to transition through a difficult time). Group sessions can apply to any and all of the types of sessions described here, for clients who wish to involve colleagues or family members, or for clients who would like to save costs by sharing sessions with a friend. Clients can choose to schedule recurring teleconference or email sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly (2x per month), or monthly basis. Fees:from $35 USD to $2000 USD Sessions are $45 per hour. (For email sessions, a $25 rate for half an hour's response is an option.)Depending on the addition digital services requested (such as web design, digital marketing, etc.), a flexible range of plans is available, ranging from $750 to $2,000. Life-changer

I frankly was skeptical about whether it would really be better to work with a life coach than a therapist, but therapy wasn’t helping me succeed in my professional aspirations.
