    • Develop modular, readable, and reusable LabVIEW code, emphasizing reliability and continual improvement
    • Create engineering tools, including both desktop and web-based testing applications
    • Integrate VHDL and C codes into hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems, utilizing both LabVIEW and open-source hardware and software platforms
    • Link medium to high-speed acquisition and control systems (500kSps-20MSps) with SQL databases and scientific data storage systems (MDSplus)
    • Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to define interfaces and requirements and ensure seamless integration of DAC/HIL solutions
    • Troubleshoot and swiftly resolve issues in LabVIEW-based DAC/HIL systems
    • Conduct feasibility studies and offer recommendations for the implementation of automation technologies, particularly for experimental support
    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
    • Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to engineering and leadership
    • Document design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals for automation and acquisition systems
    • Provide technical support and training to DAC/HIL systems users, ensuring a smooth adoption and operation of such systems
    • Offer on-site and remote debugging and troubleshooting support during off-hours when necessary
Ideal Experience & Skillsets:
