experienced

Senior JDE Manufacturing Specialist

to be located

on-site in Greeley, Colorado.

The objective of the

Senior JDE Manufacturing Specialist

is to provide end-user application support in the manufacturing & financial functional areas through an established ticketing system concentrating on the incidents and problem resolution. In addition, the Specialist will plan and coordinate JD Edwards activities and projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide support and assist users with JDE application issues as recorded and routed through the help desk application.

Provide technical support for the following JD Edwards Modules: Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and General Accounting. Also provides technical and functional analysis for each area, make the appropriate recommendations, communicate thoroughly, and execute in a timely manner.

Act as a liaison between all functional areas and IT by communicating verbally with end users in gathering user requirements, walking users through designed solutions and providing support to meet business needs.

Work with users in gathering requirements and understanding the overall needs of enhancements or change/support requests.

Ability to write functional specifications for custom JDE objects, work with developers and technical consultants on custom object development and unit testing.

Lead or participate to Projects, from small enhancement up to implementation and upgrades. Project Management (Ref. Body of Knowledge PMI, Agile).

Follow departmental guidelines, policies.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

Work with outside contractors/consultants as required.

Training users, prepare documentation, user instruction, I.T. procedures as needed.

Lead and participate in integration projects between JDE and other third-party applications.

Others, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure and in a Project team. Assess needs and formulate solutions through the use of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other third-party applications. Ability to travel (20%) Must be U.S. Citizen or have Green Card.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

REQUIRED Min. 5-10 years of functional experience with JDE E1 (9.x) Manufacturing & General Accounting Module. Leadership of or participation to JDE implementation and/or upgrade projects.

STRONGLY PREFERRED

APICS certifications Lean Six Sigma certification PMP certification Expertise in DRP, MRP, CRP, BOMs, Routings, product costing, etc. Ability to act as PM for large Corporate Projects

PREFERRED Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Experience with other manufacturing-related applications (data collection, time keeping, M.E.S, RFID, etc.)
