POSITION OVERVIEW:

Global Atlantics Go-To-Market team is looking for a Specialist to help drive multifaceted project plans and achieve objectives and deliverables that will propel our business and customer experience forward. Leveraging industry knowledge, business relationships, and planning skills along with strong problem-solving skills, this role plays a critical role in the launching of new initiatives. A key goal in this role is to always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve and looking around corners to find new ideas that can help bring our business to the next level.

As an integral member of the GTM team, this individual will have a unique opportunity to understand and influence processes and ways of working that will improve the internal and external client experience around new initiatives. As we elevate our broker dealer, IMO and financial professional relationships, this role will be actively collaborating across targeted business units to elevate our value proposition and improve the overall end-to-end experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Execution of small to mid-size GTM projects from start to finish (effective planning, success at pre-launch, launch and post launch) ensuring completion and achieving agreed upon deliverables, timeframe and budget

Ensure cross-functional collaboration through steering cross-functional teams across distribution, operations, marketing, and communications. Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process

Track launch progress and overall success measurements by defining measurement milestones, risks, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities

Responsible for overall success and sustainability of GTM initiatives

Serve as a thought partner, collaborator and influencer to leaders and stakeholders across the company, shaping the vision and creating alignment around how we market and sell to our customers

Conceptualizing needs to deliver on business objectives while translating those objectives into project goals and associated tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree and three or more (7+) years of progressively responsible experience in a financial services role with strong organizational awareness

Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills; track record of delivering results

Ability to think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves to manage execution

Exceptional communication skills, whether crafting customer-facing copy or influencing internal stakeholders

Strategic agility with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects

Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage tasks/deliverables from inception to successful completion

Exceptional communication, negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills

Ability to identify key metrics for success and how to use results to drive improvement

Background in Operations, Distribution or Marketing preferred

Powerpoint skills
