The Lismore Hotel is a beautiful hotel with modern amenities located in the heart of downtown Eau Claire. Here you'll find rooms with city views, event halls, the Informalist Restaurant, ECDC Coffee Shop, and Dive, our rooftop craft cocktail bar. We are also located blocks away from some of Eau Claire's biggest attractions like the Pablo Center, UW Eau Claire, and Phoenix Park.

The Barista is an integral part of the ECDC team. Assisting in both front of the house and back of the house and providing excellent guest service with a team-oriented mentality.

Responsibilities

A barista will prepare and serves drinks and food to customers, and may also clean and sanitize work areas. Baristas may also educate customers, sell coffee and equipment, and maintain inventories.

•Customer service: Take orders, answer questions, and build good customer relationships
•Beverages: Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks like coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, and follow recipes
•Food: Prepare and serve food like cookies, pastries, and muffins
•Cleaning: Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
•Stocking: Stock supplies or retail products, and ensure customer service stations are stocked
•Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

•High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
•2 years of similar experience required
