**Job Title: Cook Supervisor****Job Description**+ As a Cook Supervisor, you will take the lead during the dinner/night shifts, directly supervising food service operations at the grill.+ Your responsibilities will include planning and training staff, ensuring adherence to proper cooking procedures, and collaborating with management on purchasing decisions to reduce waste and prevent food shortages.+ You will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth, efficient operation in a cook-to-order environment.**Hard Skills**+ 1-3 years of grill cook experience+ Cook to order experience**Soft Skills**+ Leadership and supervisory skills+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment+ Strong planning and training capabilities**Job Type**This is a contract position with a duration of 16 Week(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in NA, California.**Work Environment**You will be working in a dynamic grill kitchen within a college cafeteria, managing a team of 6-7 employees.
