Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians/Director/Charge Nurse /co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies & symptomatology. Responds quickly & accurately to patient changes in condition/response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Point of Care Testing, including collection, testing and reporting as it relates to job position. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSCurrent Registered Nurse Licensure from an accredited Nursing Program. One or more years of recent Labor and Delivery/Newborn Nursery experience Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association.Fetal monitoring certification from AWHONN.Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.STABLE Certification Required BENEFITS OFFERED:We have many plans with various deductibles, which can cover individuals or families so you can customize a plan that will work for you Steward Health Care works with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts to provide affordable health insurance for our employees in benefit eligible positions.
