Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Consistency in attendance and dedication to reliability. Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods. Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Work Environment Predominantly indoor working conditions. Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment. Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate. Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload. Dynamic and vibrant work environment where you can unleash your sales potential by being available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Salary Description Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission.
