Senior Project Manager Nashville, TN DH Pace Company, a leading distribution and construction organization with over 95 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Nashville office. The successful candidate will ensure project objectives are met by specification date, within budget, and with high quality execution. Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities to achieve schedule and budget targets. Review project plans and specifications to establish time frames, budget parameters, staffing needs, and resource allocation across all phases. Define work plan outlines with project staff, assign duties, and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting. Monitor project progress, review status reports, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Maintain client communication to develop sales opportunities and resolve issues. Manage submittals, permits, close?outs, and parts ordering. Drive financial success of projects and report to senior management. Participate in additional company projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree strongly preferred. Project Management or Estimating experience within the construction industry preferred. Proven track record managing projects in carpentry, drywall, or general construction. Proficiency in Excel and Word processing software. Experience in a fast?paced environment with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, organizational, and time?management skills. Valid drivers license and good driving record required. Paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Floating holidays: up to 2 per year.
