Position Overview:

The Enrollment Specialist for Lead Conversion & Campaign Performance will assist in the backend of enrollment campaigns, tracking their performance, and ensuring that leads are effectively converted into enrollments. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing
  • Assist in the execution of enrollment campaigns as directed by the marketing team.
  • Track and analyze the performance of enrollment campaigns, providing regular reports.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications and interactions with leads.
  • Manage the lead tracking database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and families, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify and address potential barriers to enrollment, proposing solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with leads via phone, email, and other channels to convert them into enrolled students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (positions in this class typically require):
  • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, campaign management, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Leona Group Schools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.

Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, odors, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and intense noises.
