The Headlines: In the role of Project Manager – Controls & Automation Engineer working in Milwaukee, WI , you will be part of the Technical Services and Support (TS&S) department. You will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling capital projects from $500k up to $5M. You will work closely with the Brewery and engineering consultant teams to deliver projects from inception to completion. In addition to project management, this role will also provide Electrical, Packaging Automation and Process Automation Control, Subject Matter Expertise to Project Managers leading packaging, brewing, and utility Capital Project Design. The Responsibilities: • Provides project management expertise required to execute projects complying with the project management philosophy (FEL) as well as all of MCBC’s financial policies. • Work with Consulting firms and Construction Managers to issue construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and begin construction of the project. • Identify Value Engineering opportunities during Project Reviews to deliver the best solution at optimal cost. • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (Electrical, Packaging Automation, and Process Automation) supporting PMs for all electrical and automation scope on projects. The Other Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with Electrical/Automation Engineering experience. • 5-8 years of experience in a sanitary food/beverage production environment with a proven track record in a high-speed, high-volume packaging or process manufacturing environment.
