Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects by overseeing all phases. Work with stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor progress. Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports. Develop and adhere to budget, timeline, and quality control plan. Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists. Travel to project sites as needed. Qualifications, Education, and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or a minimum of ten years of construction management experience. Comfortable delegating responsibilities. Strong leadership skills. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year.
