Janitorial/HousekeepingGold's Gym - Amarillo is looking for energetic people to join our cleaning team. Part time Monday-Friday evenings available and weekend afternoons available.Responsibilities:Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitizedSweep, dust, mop and vacuum assigned areas of the gymClean, mop, and disinfect locker roomsMaintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. paper towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all locker rooms and assigned areas throughout the gym.Empty trash and garbage containers in assigned areas of the gymCoordinating with other Cleaners to keep the gym cleanCleaning spills, and other messes up as quickly as possiblePerforming maintenance activities related to cleaning (e.g. maintaining cleaning machinery)Maintaining the grounds as neededRequirements:Communication skillsWork well with othersThe ability to work independently with minimal supervisionThe ability to follow health and safety standardsTime managementAble to lift 50 lbsRequired to be on your feetCurrent CPR Certification Compensation: $10.00 per hour What started out in 1965 as a small gym in Venice Beach, California has since become the most well-known and traditional fitness company in the world - - Gold's Gym.
