Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Works closely with Production Supervisor and Trainer to ensure production needs are met. + Responsible for setting-up and running machines. + Provide technical assistance to Engineering to improve process robustness, cycle times, throughput, ergonomic and safety elements as assigned. + Monitors equipment for preventative maintenance. + Work with Engineering to develop fixtures and select tooling required to manufacture parts. + Work with Engineering to prove out CNC programs for machine tools. + Assumes other responsibilities as required. + Supports Continuous Improvement efforts.
