Job Summary: Roles and Responsibilities:

The Campus Director/Streaming Instructor manages all planning, scheduling, implementing, strategy, reporting, and budget planning, which keeps the organization operational. The ideal part-time Campus Director will assess the program's needs, develop the needed program, and evaluate the program's effectiveness. The Campus Director will also coordinate related projects that make up the program. Ensures efficient and effective day-to-day operations. The Campus Director will also act as the Streaming Coach, which he will teach the creation, execution, and management of brand awareness, stream setup for influencers and content creators. As the Streaming Coach he will be responsible for building and overseeing a suite of best-in-class skills for our program participants to help further develop their ability to create content in the future and setup the equipment needed for a. Additional essential functions of the job is to ensure that the program is tied to the business model; communicate with stakeholders effectively to ensure success with the program; provide situational thinking to determine options and solutions; work with the managers/coaches to build talent, and to produce reports for the program if needed; managing data such as target market browsing patterns, social media activity, website viewing behavior, and other metrics to help the organization focus on marketing efforts; developing and implementing databases and data collection systems, acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems; identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; serve as a gatekeeper, along with the evaluator for the organization's data so stakeholders can understand data and use it to make strategic business decisions. The Campus Director/Streaming Coach will ensure the program is meeting its goals by monitoring outcomes making adjustments as needed. The Campus Director/Streaming Coach will provide situational thinking to determine options and solutions. The Campus Director/Streaming Coach will be the person whose talk, enthusiasm, or energy causes others to be more friendly, enthusiastic, or energetic. The Campus Director/Streaming Coach is a technical role that requires analytics, computer modeling, science, or math. The Editing Instructor will educate program participants on content mediums such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects to produce a final film or video product. This instruction provides a key role in improving the post-production processes and skills to becoming a professional content producer in the gaming industry.

An esports streamer’s day-to-day job isn’t just about playing live video games all day. It is much more than that. This job requires a certain work ethic, creativity, and true professionalism. Therefore, the responsibilities of a streamer will be based on a set of tasks such as:

· Selecting a game to play that will appeal to your community

· Playing live or on replay in a game

· Knowing how to produce videos on a platform such as Twitch or Youtube Gaming

· Being able to comment on your actions

· Answering viewers’ questions and interacting with them also on social networks in order to keep them coming back

· Organizing several sessions per week, or even daily

· Defining a long-term strategy to develop advertising revenue, partnerships, sponsored content, etc.

The skills of a streamer

Knowing how to play and being an expert in certain games like Fortnite and League of Legends are essential basics to consider when becoming a streamer. You will add other skills to this that will complement the characteristics of the profession. You should know:

· The tools for creating videos (editing, dressing, etc.)

· Streaming software (OBS, Xplit, Gameshow, etc.)

· Platforms like Youtube Gaming, Twitch

· The gaming environment

· Ways to retain a community

· Communication, marketing

Skills: - Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage and motivate students - Effective classroom management skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptability and flexibility in teaching approaches - Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
