Overview STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES develops and integrates products, engineering support, repair and maintenance services to provide value-added solutions to owners, engineers and contractors. We provide specialty contracting services through our contracting companies, and state-of-the-art proprietary products and engineering support services through our technologies company. With over 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets, we serve the Commercial, Public, Transportation Industrial, and Power markets to tackle the toughest construction challenges. STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is the in-house engineering business line of Structural Group. Structural Technologies Engineering Program (STEP) is a cornerstone for your growth from an Associate Engineer to a Professional Engineer. Beginning with in-the-field learning and development, our AEs gain real-world investigation and construction experience that will provide a firm foundation for their development in design and analysis. The goal of our STEP program is to develop our people into company leaders. The program has been structured with a competency-based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our AEs will typically spend around 4 years in the program as they develop key skills before progressing as a licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer. Our ideal AE candidate is a passionate problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment. They enjoy the challenge of working outdoors and consistently meet deadlines with efficiency and precision. Effective communication is one of their strengths, allowing them to interact seamlessly with diverse groups of people. They are highly organized, ensuring that all tasks are completed methodically and on time. Above all, they prioritize safety in every aspect of their work, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining a secure and hazard-free environment. This candidate embodies the qualities of dedication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, making them an invaluable asset to our team.
