HR Administrator
Location: Channelview, TX 77049
Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm
Start date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 3 - 6 months
Pay: $22/hr
Position Summary:
Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and assisting in the smooth operation of daily HR functions. This position involves coordinating various HR activities, handling office administration tasks, and assisting employees with their HR-related needs, including medical leaves and onboarding.
Qualification:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, medical leave procedures, preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
  • Must pass background and drug screen.
This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can multitask effectively and is passionate about providing excellent support to both employees and the HR team.
