Position Purpose

We are looking for a temporary recruiting resource to help support our team through a maternity leave from July - October. In this role you will partner with our management team to acquire talent for our exciting custom automation business. To succeed in this dynamic, high-visibility role you will need experience managing full-cycle recruiting for between 8 and 15 positions concurrently. Responsibilities

  • Represent the DWFritz employment brand, and the Talent & Organizational Development (T&OD) team, with an emphasis on promoting and living our core values: Act with Integrity and Honesty, Find a Better Way, Collaborate and Share the Credit, Deliver Solutions We Can Be Proud Of, and Wow the Client.
  • Act as a key business partner for multiple internal business units managing all talent acquisition related in-house services as a representative of the T&OD team.
  • Support the entire hiring process, from initial headcount planning, to job descriptions, sourcing strategies, initial candidate generation and qualification, through decision making and offer, with an emphasis on velocity, transparency, and quality throughout.
  • Fill open positions within the assigned business units, from turn-key roles to very hard to fill positions, utilizing a blend of direct recruiting, internal resources, external agency partners, and other resources, with an emphasis on creative and aggressive direct recruiting of passive candidates for hard to fill roles.
  • Manage record keeping and related workflows within, and external to, our ATS and HRIS environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent track-record of quickly developing, maintaining, and leveraging partnerships with internal customers with an emphasis on maintaining transparency on search statuses, driving velocity, and negotiating / balancing / re-balancing / communicating shifting priorities.
  • Proven sourcing and candidate generation capabilities with an emphasis on utilizing LinkedIn and other lead-generation resources to precisely target passive candidates and convert them into hires by utilizing your excellent selling and closing skills.
  • Solid experience managing all talent acquisition-related record keeping, workflows, reporting and compliance requirements timely, including experience managing work within corporate-level ATS systems and other record keeping platforms.
  • Experience with managing TA under an OFCCP or State of Oregon compliant AAP is a plus.

Work Environment
  • In transition as we anticipate COVID-19 restrictions progressively easing. This role will be based in, and work from, our Wilsonville HQ location.The degree to which we will blend on-site work with remote-work options is dynamic as COVID-19 restrictions change, so remote-only candidates should have their expectations calibrated.
Physical Demands
  • Communicate including talking and hearing. Occasional lifting to 20 pounds. Bending, stooping, grasping.The employee may be working at a personal computer workstation for long periods. Remote work locations in the employee's home or other location may present additional physical demands.
