Purpose of Role: The Logistic admin is responsible for facilitating smooth operations in the logistics department by managing document scanning, order entry, and filing tasks, ensuring efficient shipment processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Scan and file documents accurately, maintaining organized records of orders, shipments, and other logistical information.
  • Order Entry: Enter orders into the shipping log with precision, ensuring all necessary details are included for efficient processing
  • Shipment/Receiving : Assist in loading shipments as needed, contributing to the smooth flow of goods in and out of the facility.
  • Data Entry: Add tracking information to the SAP system promptly and accurately, enabling real-time tracking of shipments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general office administrative support, including responding to emails, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to meet departmental goals.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic Microsoft Office applications for tasks such as data entry and document management.
  • 2 years of experience in an office administrative role, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and procedures.
  • Logistics experience is preferred
