In this role you will be an individual contributor and a team player ensuring customer success by collaborating, being accountable and leading the successful deployment of the data management solution. You will have data management capabilities and bring an aptitude to innovate. Key Responsibilities: Execute data mapping services through analysis and standardization of large data sets of invoice data using a suite of proprietary mapping tools, while maintaining a specified level of accuracy and throughput. Specifically, Label/Manufacturer assignment, Code assignment, Code audit, Code creation, and various modules within iTrade’s Data Maintenance tool Able to make rational, independent decisions to standardize and enhance client data representing billions in spend volume (and related transaction data) monthly. Communicate with clients to investigate and resolve issues related to data mapping. Conduct research and concisely summarize findings using various sources including existing internal documentation, Internet, and manufacturer inquiries to resolve data mapping discrepancies. Responsible for maintaining the content, integrity and quality of the primary database used to report historical mapping of client items and products. Perform Data Quality review. Maintain reference sources for the Data Management team. Participate in data cleansing, process improvement, training, writing desktop procedures, and recommending system enhancements. Leads and manages the data management team to track performance, provide feedback, and motivates team. Ability to participate and manage various other tasks and projects as needed.
