How You Will Make An Impact

Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the oversight of multiple dealership schedules that include a warranty, fleet, cash, and policy. You will impact the success of our dealerships by managing manufacturers, audits, and compliance functions for our dealer group.

What Winning Looks Like

Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity Support the system development and maintenance in support of processing, and control of transportation, warranty, campaign, and pre-delivery inspection claims Establish an effective cost control policy and requirements. Manage cost control and dealer reviews and zone warranty audits. Manage yearly warranty rate increases across multiple manufacturer lines both parts and labor Manage the warranty parts return and disposition system for each manufacturer and support the parts managers in this process. Work with our contracted 3rd party warranty claim submission and the Dealership Management team to ensure they are performing their responsibilities. Manage warranty submission metrics, such as claim submission time, cost per vin, and damage code use. Develop and implement warranty-related training, direction, and functional guidance to the dealerships. Oversee the development of performance plans for stores that are not meeting expectations Other duties as assigned or required

Skills Needed To Win

Prior warranty administration experience is required 3-5 years prior automotive experience, including positions such as Warranty Specialist, Warranty Control Specialist, Warranty Operations Specialist, Warranty Analyst/Specialist Prior experience with managing schedules and accounts Excel and MS Office is required Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills BA/BS is a plus Supervisory experience is a plus
