Simply put, we're all-in for the success of employees, because when they succeed, we all thrive.WithersRavenel has an exciting Client Experience Manager opportunity for proven Project Management professionals to lead client engagement and project delivery for municipal clients throughout the North Carolina market. The WithersRavenel Client Experience team serves as the liaison between WR's clients and WR's project delivery teams through collaboration and relationship building, while also serving as the technical subject matter expert when needed.As a member of the Client Experience team, you will contribute to WR's continued success and growth by:Maintaining and growing high-value relationships with existing municipal clientsWorking effectively with project teams, key internal and external stakeholders, and support staff to ensure successful and client focused project deliveryCreating and realizing client specific engagement plans, journey mapping, etc.Managing client specific account plans, sales and revenue projections, and feedback initiativesDeveloping and managing proposal efforts, business development strategies, and presentationsLeading contract negotiations including scope, fee, terms and conditions, etc.Coordinating with WithersRavenel's Growth and Delivery teams to expand market share across targeted Clients and regionsLeading select projects within his/her technical area(s) of expertiseMonitoring project health, adherence to QA/QC procedures, etc. and mentoring junior staffRemaining actively engaged in community, professional societies, etc. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in related field and municipal experience (City/County Management, etc.) or equivalent experienceProfessional Engineer, or ability to obtain registration within six months10+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experienceProven experience in winning and managing municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, asset management, and planning projects in the North Carolina marketPublic sector business development experience at local and regional levelsExisting relationships within the North Carolina municipal marketExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsExperience with Federal and State level funding agencies and programsAbility to work flexible hours and attend events outside of normal working hoursAlternative delivery experience.
