Requirements

  • Headhunt: Identify and attract top-tier talent within the Life Sciences sector through comprehensive research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Business Development : Collaborate with industry leaders and build strong partnerships with clients to understand their executive search needs and deliver tailored consultancy solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and facilitating successful placements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, within Life Sciences or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
