Under the direction of the Manager of Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SGRC) this position is responsible for performing security risk activities covering the entire enterprise, including risk assessments, risk analysis, risk mitigation and treatment plan reviews, and risk tracking and reporting. Responsibilities:

  • Performance of security risk management activities in technical and non-technical settings
  • Maintenance of risk tracking documentation, including the risk register
  • Prepare management reports on the status of risks
  • Creation risk assessment plans on an annual basis
  • Create of risk assessment reports upon completion of risk assessments
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure risks are kept at an acceptable level

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a Security Risk Management role
  • Experience with risk management methodologies, such as NIST Risk Management Framework or ISO 27005
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
  • Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner
  • Ability to identify and assess the severity and potential impact of risks and to communicate findings effectively to risk owners
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving abilities
  • Risk Certifications, such as ISACA CRISC or ISC2 CGRC is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, and has demonstrated commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, and integrity

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $90,000 to $125,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your managers discretion.
