The Shilo Inn Nampa, ID is looking for an individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver. The ideal candidate will energetic, likes working with the public and has a positive attitude. As the shuttle driver, your responsibility is to transport guests to and from their destination in a friendly, timely and safe manner. You will have direct interaction with our guests, so great customer service and personal presentation is a must. Key responsibilities of a Shuttle Driver include:
  • Transport guests to and from their destination
  • Ensure that vans are clean, in good running condition, and have adequate gasoline at all times
  • Provide top notch customer service by engaging with guests in route to and from their destination
  • Ensure guest privacy is respected and confidential
  • Knowledge of the general area in order to answer questions guests might have
Requirements

The minimum qualifications for the Shuttle Driver position are:
  • Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight frequently by assisting guests to load and unload their belongings
