Some details of what you will do: Take beverage and food orders from patrons in a friendly and courteous manner. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine and bottled/draft beer. Promote brands/products to increase sales, including promotional drinks and drink specials. Maintain a cash drawer and complete transactions using a point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of bar/workstation by arranging bottles and glasses to make attractive displays, sweep, wipe counter/table tops, sink areas, remove trash, mop, etc. Restock alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, cut/slice and replenish garnishes, refill ice wells, replace kegs, refill paper products, glassware, and condiments. Assist with inventory and inventory control. What you need: Relevant work experience, including strong knowledge, ability, and skill in mixing a variety of alcoholic beverages. Basic math and cash handling skills. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license. High School Diploma or GED.
