is seeking to hire a Storeroom Clerk for our client in Russellville, AR

Weekly Pay
$18.00/Hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm
There is a potential to work longer hours and potentially some Saturdays
Holidays off
Interview: Manager will be interviewing
Work on an active construction site, able to spend a lot of time on their feet and walking
Ability to operate a forklift and a golf cart
Able to coordinate shipping and receiving tasks of domestic & international goods.
Sort, count & confirm all materials/equipment delivered.
As packages and equipment come in to tag them and update spreadsheet in excel as to being on site and location stored along with tag number - OC to supply computer
Ensure tagging & traceability of all parts/materials & equipment for proper storage.
Estimate storage needs & solutions.
Track shipments, coordinate lost item replacements and retain proof of delivery documents.
Coordinate equipment, contractors and timing of deliveries.
Work with Construction manager to forecast material needs and inventories for upcoming work.
Assist/direct emergency requests & equipment needs
Coordinate & move material/equipment to needed areas.
Work with the Construction Manager to deliver parts to the contractor as needed and have the contractor sign over ownership of the parts
Ability to work in Excel spreadsheet
Ability to read and write in English

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Prefer High School Diploma or GED, but will accept 2 Years of Relevant Experience in lieu of Diploma/GED
Related experience and/or training in an industrial environment
Must be 18 years or older

Steel Toed shoes
Long pants
Shirt with at least 4” sleeve
OC will supply
Hard hat
Gloves
High visibility vest
Safety glasses
Ear plugs
