Position Summary Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an internal customer?facing role supporting PSI's employees and managers. The focus is fostering effective employee relations and delivering robust policies, practices, and solutions to optimize employee engagement, further the business's success, and ensure compliance with employment law and regulations. Essential Responsibilities Provide guidance, coaching, and counsel to leaders and managers on performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and strategic/tactical support. Respond to, investigate, and support the effective resolution of employee concerns and incidents, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices. Act as the voice of the employee: build relationships across functional areas, identify and implement new channels for engagement (town halls, focus groups, intranet, etc.), and be a visible representative of the HR team across the organization. Support the development of new and evolving initiatives by analyzing activity, trends, and data, and recommending solutions. Coach, train, and develop hourly and salaried managers and employees through new program launches, project implementation, and review. Implement and administer programs and initiatives to support employee engagement and development, including compliance training, recognition, and appreciation. Perform all duties following safety standards, keeping work areas clean and hazard free. All other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; may substitute degree with directly applicable work experience on a year?for?year basis, which built competencies and subject matter expertise. Highly effective communication skills, especially in de?escalating charged situations and clearly describing HR policies and practices both verbally and in writing. Subject matter expertise in best practices, employment laws, and regulations impacting HR, especially those impacting employee relations. Tech?savvy with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to maintain and report confidential information appropriately. Preferred Qualifications SHRM?CP or PHR certifications. Process management experience in employee relations, operations, and associated reporting. Experience in LEAN manufacturing setting. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Paycom HRIS experience. Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline?driven environment.
